We want you to love your Dockers® purchase, so we offer a 60-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Returns are simple and free when using our prepaid shipping labels or visiting a participating drop-off location.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Select your preferred return method to receive a prepaid shipping label via email or a digital QR code for printer-free drop-offs.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the package is sealed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
